About Me
I hold a BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Cork Counselling Services & Training Institute as well as B.A. (Hons) in Psychology & Sociology as attained through University College of Cork.
I follow a Humanistic and Integrative approach to my psychotherapy and counselling; meaning that I draw on many approaches and modalities to best suit my client’s needs. I believes that a therapist job is to facilitate the client’s journey in a non-directive non- judgmental way. The forming of a trusting relationship a priority forand so I always aim to put my client at ease.
Since 2020, I have been working within community-based counselling organisations/charities, providing face-to-face, telephone and online counselling/psychotherapy to a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds with varying issues such as; Anxiety, Anger Management, Addiction (Alcohol, Substances, Gambling), Depression, Domestic Violence, Grief, Sexuality, Relationship issues Trauma and much more.
